Underground Parties In Foreclosed Homes
An article in Real Estate Economy Watch reports that people have been using abandoned or empty foreclosed homes to hold huge parties and raves in. Unsuprisingly, these partygoers usually leave the places in even worse condition than before, both inside and out. The party planners usually take over houses that are large and vacant, mostly in the North County areas.
These parties are typically advertised on social networking sites, with the location revealed at the last minute. Police are requesting neighborhood watch groups to phone in any signs of a big party happening in a vacant home.
