Luxury Green Oceanfront Homes In Development In Laguna Beach

Laguna Beach will be the site for the first United States Green Building Council LEED For Homes registered project to be built on the California coast. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and the development is part of the eco-building movement. Tresor Properties is the Laguna based company building the project.

It will consist of two oceanfront green residences which will not only be luxurious, but also highly efficient and environmentally conscious. They will be close to the village, at 990 and 992 Ocean Front. The architect is Mark Singer, who is known in Laguna for his nature-inspired award-winning designs.
