Foreign Investors Eye San Francisco

San Francisco commercial real estate is now number 3 on the most wanted list for foreign investors. This was found in the 18th annual survey conducted among members of the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate.

Despite our current market, a little over 51% of the members see the U.S. commercial real estate market, particularly in cities like San Francisco, as having a high potential for capital appreciation.
